警方表示，戒備範圍包括總統府前後、中興寓所、立法院、行政院、中央聯合辦公大樓（陸委會）等地，並於昨天晚上9時起由台北市各分局輪班支援。
另外，借鏡日前反課綱事件，將會確實執行集會遊行標準作業程序SOP及相關新聞處理程序，同時也要求每個分局應攜帶滅火器，防止抗議民眾進行自焚等激烈抗議手段。1041105
